Software Requirements
Recommendations for optimal processing:
We recommend purchasing a dedicated PC (2008 model or higher) for your LENA System, with 4 GB memory and dual core processor 3.0 GHz. In addition, if you plan to keep the audio files, we recommend purchasing additional hard disk space of 200 GB (can be external or internal.) Depending on the audio environment (car rides, daycare, and a quiet nap all have differing audio qualities), each 12 to 16-hour audio file may take between 2 to 16 hours to process.*

DLP Warranty
The LENA Digital Language Processor (including the battery) is warranted against manufacturer defects for one year from the original purchase date. Assuming the Digital Language Processor has been used as intended and has not been tampered with, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
- Call Customer Service at 1.877.545.5362 to replace a DLP.
- Defective Digital Language Processor must be returned for warranty to be valid
- Warranty applies only to the original owner
- Infoture reserves the right to replace the Digital Language Processor or other components with refurbished parts at its discretion
Support and Maintenance
Maintenance and Technical Support is a required purchase for your first year of software use and is included in the total price of the system. (Software and support can be billed separately, if needed.) You’re not required to purchase another year of Maintenance and Support after the first year. If, after the first year, you decide not to purchase Maintenance and Support, any technical assistance will be charged at an hourly rate.
Not included: Software Upgrades are not included in the Maintenance and Support package. An upgrade is defined as a major new release, such as moving from a LENA version 2.0 to version 3.0.
